"This company and at least one of its JFK lots operates in an intolerable and unsafe way"
This company and at least one of its locations operates in an intolerable and unsafe way. Attempted to park at JFK.

Bottom line: lot not where specified, unavailable attendant who, when appeared, seemed totally intoxicated, inadequate shuttle service, appears to park by jockeying cars on busy NY street.

Here is a summary of our experience:
1. Arrived at the location on the reservation email to find that no parking lot or structure exists at the specified address. Spent 15 min driving up and down the block looking. Tried calling the number on the reservation form and got voicemail directing to call a cell phone number to speak with an attendant. Called the cellphone number and got an automated response saying that the number was no longer in service. Repeated that process to ensure I hadn’t made a mistake.
2. Got out of the car and asked at local storefronts if they were aware of parking. One finally pointed to a line of cars on the street saying she thought that was where they were parking cars. It was half a block away on a different block from the specified address. Spent another 15 min trying to find an attendant there while my wife sought alternative parking locations as we were getting too close to flight time to make our flight.
3. While I was standing on the sidewalk looking for an attendant, I was approached by a woman wearing a yellow vest saying that she was the attendant and that I could wait in line for her to “get to me”. She was clearly under the influence of some substances, smelled of marijuana, was unsteady on her feet and slurring her words. There was no open parking lot to be seen and there was a line of 7-8 cars double parked on a busy New York Street. There seemed to be one other driver waiting to provide keys.
4. The “attendant” indicated that it might be 15 min or more before she could get to me and she wasn’t sure when the bus would return as it had just departed (we did see a dilapidated yellow school bus without signage depart the area as we were arriving).
5. By that point, we would have been late for our flight, after allowing more than an hour of extra buffer. It wasn’t clear where our car was going to parked and there was no way I was going to hand my keys to someone in the condition this attendant was in.
6. I shared that I was going to cancel my reservation and park elsewhere – feeling that was acceptable under the reservation terms which guaranteed cancellations with refund up to the reservation time. I had expected a refund.
7. We ended up paying premium parking rates at one of the Airport Long Term Parking facilities which we would have avoided had we booked with them originally.
8. I’ve since learned that the round trip shuttle would not have allowed the parking lot to meet their advertised 30 min shuttle service given that the “attendant” said there was only one shuttle. I’d estimate at least an hour between shuttles if that is the case.
9. I promptly notified your company of the issue and have since received word that you won’t authorize a refund because you “called the company and they have a parking lot there as well as 24/7 attendance on their website”. I’d suggest that someone visit the site. It clearly doesn’t match the advertising and isn’t even at the address specified (which is a small apartment building without parking). I spoke with your customer service person yesterday who transferred me to the parking lot owner. I was told that they don’t have a woman working on Fridays (the day I found the female attendant) so it isn’t clear if there was any attendant there at all. He said he would call me back later yesterday to learn more and discuss a refund but I have not had a call back since then.
Company has refused to refund and I am disputing the charges with my bank.
Experience with the alternative was excellent, professional, and well worth the extra cost. Would
never use anything accessed through Way again.

"Great customer service"
I recently experience an issue trying to use the scanner at Joe's parking (had already paid online) and had to use my cc to park, upon return I explained the issue to Cheap Airport Parking and was issued a full refund.
Needless to say I will continue to use their services in the future and will recommend to all my friends.

"The company will not send me a parking…"
The company will not send me a parking receipt even after requesting one, even after I parked. The lot is nice and located at Marriott Airport Hotel at SeaTac Airport. I will need that receipt when I claim my car on March 31st. My confirmination number is EL959061 for parking from March 17th through March 31st. All I need is to have the receipt sent to email ford40toots#aol.com. Without a receipt, I should have used another parking company. Taking my money and providing no receipt is like theft.

"STAY AWAY - NOT LEGITIMATE COMPANY"
Stay away! This company oversells their parking with carrier and never informs you of this super important detail. The most frustrating part is that there is no one to call when you get to the lot and have to catch an International flight and find out, your parking voucher will not be honored. Trust me, please steer clear of this company - you are rolling the dice and can put your flight in jeopardy because of this illegitimate business!

"Good at charging, not refunding"
Made a reservation after arriving at a lot where I prepaid to fly out of SeaTac. The original lot was overbooked so I made a reservation through this company ($304.22 for 10 days) as an alternative. As I was pulling away, the attendant at the original lot flagged me down and offered an acceptable solution to use their services, so 10 minutes after the CheapAirportParking reservation was confirmed, I cancelled it online and received an email within 5 minutes confirming the cancellation and a credit to be posted to the credit card I used within 3-5 business days. It’s been 8 business days, still no credit, even after 3 attempts to obtain information through their website. There are no numbers to call to get status. After no responses to queries via their website I responded directly to the email confirming cancellation and a credit. It said the refund had been processed and would post to my credit card by the end of the current week. If that happens at all it will have been 10 business days after they confirmed cancellation. Not holding my breath. I advised them that I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will be reporting them to BBB and the FTC if I do not see a refund posted within 24 hours.

"No customer service"
I paid for parking back in December. 2022 ($385.06) to park at QuikPark near LAX during the next couple of weeks. I went to my cheap parking account to print my paperwork and I could not access it. Their customer service is by email and after sending emails requesting access so I could print it up for QuikPark there has been zero response.
Their voicemail is full, so calling is also a waste of time.

"Everytime I have used this lot"
Everytime I have used this lot, I am confident in the security of my car. The staff are super friendly. Not the fastest shuttle but for the money it is great and well worth it

"This has been my best LAX parking…"
This has been my best LAX parking experience to date. There was plenty of room in the 8-story parking facility; the shuttles were prompt and the drivers helpful.

"I used them to park at the Hilton for a 2 week vacation"
I used them to park at the Hilton for a two week trip. I prepaid the $234 they charged which I thought was fine. When we returned at the end of the two weeks and scanned the bar code to get out of the lot it said balance due $77. My receipt that the bar code was on said paid $234 due at lot $0.00...In order to leave I had to pay the $77. When I contacted Cheap Airport Parking the next day all they said was we will contact the hotel to be sure this never happens again and told me I needed to contact the hotel lot myself because the error was on their end. While trying to find a number to call I came across the Hilton LAX Parking website and found that for the same number of days I could book directly thru them for $194 while "Cheap" Airport Parking charged me $234....lesson learned

"A zero star would be better."
A zero star would be better.
Reserved online, arrived early to find out the parking was overbooked.
No refund has been issued. Tried to contact the company and voicemail was full, no response from email or their online form. Not only did I have to fight for parking elsewhere due to holidays, but I almost missed an international flight that I have planned for months.

"Everything went well for the most part"
Everything went well for the most part, smoothly and as expected. I had just one issue. While I was on the shuttle, enroute to the airport, they called and asked for my key FOB, said they needed it. But when I picked up my car and was ready to drive away, I'd have gotten all the way back to Gig Harbor and had real issues if I had not remembered to ask for my key FOB back before I pulled away. Apparently, they didn't "need" it. Because, when they brought my SUV from the overflow lot, they told me the key was in it and it was still running - I noticed the FOB was missing and it the FOB was soon found in a small envelope inside the office. Weird. But it was resolved quickly once I ran back in and asked them for it.

"Couldn't have been easier"
Couldn't have been easier. Shuttle was waiting once I punched in and parked my car. Quickly arrived at the airport garage and went up to level 4 and the terminal. After return flight I crossed the skybridge, went down to level 3 and followed the signs to Courtesy Vehicles. Waited on the island and waved to the driver. Back to the hotel in a few minutes.

"Shady do not use"
Shady. Their website asks you for your travel time which i providee. Based on that they charged me 2 full days despite the fact i was staying barely over 1. We were 30 mins early for our travel time and we were charged $10 despite already being charged 2 full days. Will never do business with again
Edit then I should not have been charged 2 full days when I clear stayed far less. This is a shady tactic and you know it. I already provided the name in my several emails and your represenative failed to address my issue and told me to take it up with the parking lot

"Bait and Switch"
I am very upset and I’m hoping that you can do something to rectify this problem.

I made my reservation and prepaid for parking online with Discount Parking FLL through your website on September 7, 2022, which is 3 1/2 months in advance. My reservation number is EE757173. The prepaid price total was $89.85.

At 11:40 AM today Lisa Adams from CheapAirportParking.org sent me an email informing me that Discount Parking FLL requested she cancel my reservation. Her email gave no explanation as to why she was cancelling my reservation other than Discount Parking FLL requested she cancel it. I am online right now and Discount Parking FLL is still taking reservations for the same dates and times as my reservation. The difference is they now raised the cost from $89.85 to $233.94. This is appalling! I prepaid for my parking and I don’t believe that Discount Parking FLL can simply cancel my prepaid reservation and continue to accept new reservations at a 160% increase.

Please look into this.
