I used Cheap Airport Parking for a weekend trip, and I have mixed feelings, but overall it worked out. The price was definitely better than parking right at the airport, which was the main reason I booked it. The lot itself was basic and nothing special, but it felt fine for a short trip. It wasn’t a super polished experience, but for the savings, I’d probably use it again

"Cheaper Than Airport Parking and Went Smoothly"
I booked through Cheap Airport Parking, but the actual parking was with a different lot, so I was a little skeptical at first. I usually don’t have a ton of faith in customer service sorting things out if something goes wrong, so I double-checked the address and shuttle info before heading over. Luckily, everything matched up, check-in was quick, and getting back to the lot was no hassle. Ended up being cheaper than parking at the airport, so overall it worked out fine

"Easy weekend parking"
Pretty straightforward lot. Clean, easy to get around in. Spaces were marked well enough. Didn’t notice any trash or potholes, which was nice. Left my car there for the weekend and felt fine about it.

I’m still waiting to get my refund, the tone of the responses I’ve gotten makes it feel like it’s not much of a priority. I don’t want to assume the worst, but it definitely comes across like they’re not in any rush to sort it out.

"Good price, but plan for the shuttle wait"
From what I remember, the parking lot was cheap and easy to find, so that part was totally fine. The only thing that stood out was the shuttle wait, I think it was around 25 to 30 minutes both going there and coming back. The driver was nice once the shuttle arrived, but I wouldn’t choose this place if I was cutting it close. I’d probably use it again, just only when I know I have extra time to spare

My flight time changed, so I had to update my parking reservation. It took me a few minutes to find the right spot on the site... but once I did, the change went through smoothly! Price stayed about the same too, which was nice. Overall, not bad at all, I’d use it again.

"Refund Came Through, But Cancellation Was a Bit Unclear"
In the end, I got my refund and everything worked out fine. I had to cancel my parking reservation through cheapairportparking because my flight changed, and the cancel button was easy to find. At first, though, I wasn’t totally sure if the cancellation had actually gone through. I did get an email confirmation later, and the refund showed up after a few days. So overall, not a bad experience, just not the fastest or clearest process. I’d probably use them again if the price was good, but I do think the cancellation steps could be a little more reassuring.

Parking was affordable and the lot was easy to find, so that part went smoothly and I didn’t have any real complaints there.

The main issue was the shuttle timing. We waited about 20–25 minutes on the way to the airport, which feels like a lot when you’re already trying to stay on schedule. Coming back was pretty much the same, and it seemed like something preventable with more frequent pickups.

The staff was fine and my car was safe, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the shuttle ran more often. Not terrible, but average for me.
